Anyone looking for expert lawn mower repair? Just call to Tom's Small Engine Repair. They started servicing all of my commercial lawn care equipment. They are reliable and well priced. Thank you!

Please do not use him. He came to my house and tore apart 3 machines and never came back. I called him several times with no response. Now I have 3 machines that are a basket case and need to take them to a professional shop. Now I have a real mess on my hands. I would give negetive stars if I could.

DO NOT Utilize this company under any circumstances! Unfortunately, I made the mistake and deeply regret it. Tom came out to my home several weeks ago to repair my snowblower. The chute was not working to directionally blow snow. It was apparent that this guy didn’t have a clue in what he was doing but I gave him the benefit of doubt (mistake}. Tom completely disassembled my snowblower after asking me for the owners manual. After supposedly making a trip to Home Depot, Tom indicated that he needed to leave to go to his other job but that he would be back next week. I haven’t heard from Tom since and he won’t return phone calls or text messages. To make matters worse, Tom took the screws and parts from my snowblower along with the owners manual. Now I’m forced with paying someone to come out and clean up a mess that Tom left. I’m hoping that I don’t see him but I would caution anyone from using a company that does business like this.

In all fairness, Tom promptly answered my phone call and set up an appointment for next day service. Having knowledge of the issues of the mower I explained it’s most recent issues and what I believe to be the crux of the problem . Tom looked at the mower. Using a light looked at some of the wiring for loose connections, attempted to start the mower, and decided he didn’t know what was wrong and why it wouldn’t start, but still manage to charge me 30 for his time. So maybe the issue here was mine, i didn’t ask enough pre-questions. Free Estimate?, do you charge if you can’t do Anything? Can you recommend someone who might be able to help me?
